Due to the current hot weather, and for the health and safety of our 4-legged friends, we have taken the decision to postpone this Sunday’s Pride Community Day and Dog Show.

The new date will be Sunday 28th August.

All entries will be rolled over.

The annual canine highlight where we pamper those pooches and paw our way to one of Brighton Pride’s most wonderfully accessible events. Join us as we celebrate our four-legged best friends with a day of fun and barking frolics, as dogs and dog lovers come together and shine with Pride.

The Pride Community Day & Dog show in association with Coastway Vets features awards for numerous categories, retail stalls, a glamorous catwalk doggy fashion show, bar and refreshments.

Industry professionals oversee all entries and judging each category, ensuring every star pooch gets the recognition their proud paws deserve.

There will also be a number of other community and fun family activities including

  • a pop-up ‘Make Your Mark’ booth creating tiles to adorn The Ledward Centre’s new progress flag mural
  • massage by Body Balance
  • a doggy and owner photo portrait booth by award-winning local photographer Chris Jepson
  • community stalls
  • delicious food by Lunch Positive
  • a fully licensed bar

and loads more.

Entries are now open here.
