BMW Group PRIDE is an inclusive employee network for LGBTQ+ employees, allies, supporters, friends, and family and works to educate and celebrate everything about the diversity of sex, sexuality, gender and gender identity through social gatherings, educational events, and offerings of support.
We’re made up of employees from across the UK, this includes the BMW and MINI National Sales Company, Financial Services and Alphabet based in Farnborough, Rolls Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood and BMW Group Production sites Plant Oxford, Plant Hams Hall, and Plant Swindon.
We also have connections with other BMW Group PRIDE networks globally such as Munich, Leipzig and San Luis Potosi and represent employees from all levels and roles within the organisation. With the support of the Management Committee, we continue to aid in creating a more diverse working environment and one where individual expression of self is something we all feel confident to do.
