Thank you for purchasing tickets and supporting Brighton Pride’s fundraising for the Rainbow Fund.

  • If you have made an order and not received confirmation or your etickets please check your spam folder and frequently asked questions here. We have noted a particular problem with AOL and HOTMAIL accounts in particular that are either not receiving or stripping out the ticket download links. 
  • If you still cannot find your order please email lostbookings@brighton-pride.org – you will need your booking reference and a copy of your PayPal receipt so we can assist you. This will come from PayPal in an email when your purchase is successful or can be accessed through the PayPal website under ‘Activity’.
  • Please note all sales are final – once an order has been made we are unable to amend the order or refund.

  • Brighton & Hove Pride do not keep financial information or payment details but can confirm tickets purchased by your name and email.
  • The Pride Box Office is now open on Victoria Gardens for any queries in person, please print out copies of all booking emails or website screen grabs so we can try and assist you.
