Affy GoBang one of the curators of this year’s fabulous Queer Takeover and QPOC extravaganza Calabash, as a DJ is notable both nationally and internationally, in New York- B. Bar, Beige APT, Shelter, and Club Deep. In London- The Cross, Pacha and Ministry of Sound and various venues in Barcelona, various festivals in Croatia and almost every club in Brighton; – the Zap, DTPM, Honey Club, Time, Coalition, The Escape and Wild Fruit to name a few.

He continues to work under a number of guises Biscuit Hammer, House of Go Bang, Calabash and Love Will Save The Day.

His support for numerous headline DJ’s over the years reads like a “who’s who” of the DJ scene such as Horse Meat Disco, Danny Krivit, Eric Morillo, Joey Negro. Graeme Park, Darren Emerson, David Morales and Dimitri form Paris, to name but a few.

His musical influences are good quality dance music! Whether it”s disco soul or house, Affy’s music is eclectic and sophisticated with a distinct underground vibe.

Affy continues to build upon his DJ career with a successful radio show Soul Emporium 1BTN with his husband Neil Masey as well as concentrating on his remixes and reedits under the moniker of Labeiga
