Queer Prom is taking place in a huge 580 capacity venue on Brighton sea front. We’re bringing to life all the colours of the rainbow, with queer cabaret and drag performances, two photo booths, two floors of DJs and so much more!

Our special guests and ambassadors Cambell, Howie, Brooke and Charlie from Channel 4’s Genderquake will be joining us for a meet and greet at the reception.
Speeches will be made at the beginning of the night by a representative from our main charity Mermaids followed by a few words by the cast of Genderquake.

The ground floor of the venue has wheelchair access and wheelchair accessible toilets. The basement is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, but the nights entertainment will take place on the ground floor and there will be DJs and dance floors on both floors.
Toilets are gender neutral.
Security is very important to us and making sure our guests comfortable and safe. We already have a team of volunteers willing to escort guests to the venue in numbers from local areas in Brighton, we are working on transportation from Brighton station to the venue and providing LGBTQIA+ training to security and staff to ensure that the venue has a thorough understanding and sensitivity towards sexual and gender diverse individuals.
