The Pride LGBTQ+ Community Parade is one of the undisputed highlights of the Brighton & Hove Pride Festival weekend and is a glorious showcase of the city’s charities, community groups and small businesses as well as our invaluable blue light services and statutory partners.
As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Inn uprising that ignited the Pride movement, our theme ‘Generations of Love – Celebrating 50 years of campaigning with Pride‘ will give you plenty of opportunities to channel your favourite decade, whether it be 60’s flower-power, 70’s disco, 80’s New Romantics and shoulder pads or something more modern from the pop-tastic 90s or 00s.
The 2019 Pride Community Parade (Saturday 3rd August) is already oversubscribed so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please choose the type of group/organisation you are from the list below and complete the associated form. You will be notified by email that you have been allocated a place in the community parade 2019. Your place is only secure once you have paid the parade entry fee in full by the agreed deadline. Failure to pay on time will result in your application being withdrawn and placed on the parade waiting list and your place offered to another organisation or group.
What type of organisation/group are you.
If you feel you do not fit in to one of the above, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for advice.
