Queer Nation recently celebrated delivering 25 years of house clubbing and will bring a mix of soulful classics and upfront floor fillers to Patterns for a sexy session beside the seaside courtesy of the legendary promoter Patrick Lilley. Hosting events at Substation South, Ministry of Sound, Crash, Fire, Zap Club, and The Hacienda, Queer Nation has earned its reputation as the must-go destination for soulful house connoisseurs.
Handsome was born in 2012, fuelled by its love of classic US house music. A celebration of all things house from its Chicago and New York roots to the upfront sounds of today, Handsome is a gay social where all are welcome who party without prejudice. Thanks to residents Dave Kendrick and Martyn Fitzgerald, Handsome has become the hottest homo house party on the block.
DJ Jeffrey Hinton is a clubland legend, playing at the UK’s most seminal clubs including Taboo, Bootylicious and East Bloc. A respected connoisseur of all things house, Jeffery will ensure the groove is Queer Nation perfect.
Dave Kendrick was co-founder of legendary East End knees-up Macho City, a manly disco institution, dropping Hi-NRG bombs, Chicago trackness and proto-house. A resident at Manchester’s Hacienda at Flesh and Freak, Dave always delivers Paradise Factory pleasure.
Guy Williams’ residencies at Flesh, Vague, Trade, DTPM, Fiction, Motherload, Savage, Floorplay and The Vault, guest spots all over the globe and string of original productions and remixes have ensured him clubland’s respect. A hot lover of all things house, Guy is set to keep us dancing till dawn.
DJ Supadon joined the Queer Nation team at Substation South, soon becoming resident DJ at its various incarnations at Barcode, Fire and Crash. He has delighted clubbers with his Queer Nation weekly Frequence Gay (Paris Radio FG) radio show and ensured the clubbing was hot at QN pop-up parties in Paris at Le Gibus and Le Depot.
