“Wigs are being styled, dresses are being made, and I have a line-up to knock you off your feet on Saturday 6th August. Naturally Brighton drag royalty in the form of Maisie Trollette and Dave Lynn lead the way with Davina Sparkle, Kara Van Park and Rose Garden, Brighton’s newest resident, all ready to show you the excellence that our LGBTQ+ cabaret scene has bursting out of its sequinned seams. Then there are the newer queens on the block, some performing at Brighton & Hove Pride for the first time, who are holding court in Brighton with their supreme talent. Please welcome Ruffles, Stephanie Von Clitz, Snow White Trash, Marsha Mallow & Alfie Ordinary.
“If you want voices as rich and as colourful as the drag queens costumes then you’ll definitely enjoy the vocals of Jason Lee and Gabriella Parrish. And with London being a mere hour away, scene regulars Sandra and Son Ofa Tutu will be leaving a sequinned trail along the M23 as they pop up to entertain you all. But we need a BIG finish and I’ve lined up the biggest in the shape of The Dame Edna Experience and Mary Mac, who’s fresh from appearing in the UK tour of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and being the opening act for Bianca Del Rio on her 2022 UK tour, UnSanitized.
