Curated and hosted by author Paul Burston, Polari is a live showcase for emerging and established LGBTQ+ literary talent. Founded in 2007 and currently based at London’s Southbank Centre, the salon also runs the UK’s only book awards for LGBTQ+ writing and tours regularly, funded by Arts Council England.

Tonight’s event is part of the Polari Prize Tenth Anniversary Tour and features former prize winner John McCullough, Penge’s own Poet Laureate Barbara Brownskirt (pictured) and a full lineup of authors and spoken word performers.

For this performance there are limited number of tables of 4 seats and tables of 2 seats, both with table drinks service, and individual seats.
