Who was the love of your life?

What was your luckiest escape?

How do you remember the men who entered your life stage right, and exited stage so very very wrong?

“Old Boyfriends” is a one gay man musical revue, featuring an eclectic selection of original songs, reflecting on past loves and the lessons learned.

Composed and performed by Ian Elmslie, formerly of fondly remembered gay cabaret act Katrina and The Boy and author of the ticklish memoir “A Marvellous Party”, the musical styles range from vaudeville to jazz, country and western to Irish ballad, musical theatre to disco.

Expect an evening of laughter, the occasional tear, of shared experiences and of love remembered with a smile and a song.

“The theatricality of the songwriting is quite brilliant. One day, when live music returns, this will be a gig you won’t want to miss.” GScene
