The Legends Cabaret Big Top is the sequinned sensation at the heart of the Brighton Pride Festival in Preston Park. Hosted and organised by the ever-sparkling Lola Lasagne, it is your first stop for all things saucy this summer.

And as for this 2017? Lola’s happy to spill the camp beans as she gets set to serve up a selection of high-heeled entertainment. “It’s that time of year folks when I have the pleasure of gathering together the very best of the UK’s LGBT cabaret scene for Brighton Pride. It’s a bit like Avengers Assemble, but with sequins & lace fronts rather then shields & hammers.”

“As usual, it’s been a difficult job trying to work the best line up. We only have so many spots, so with acts returning meaning others must sit out this year, we still have a supreme line up of talent for your delight on Saturday 5th August.”

“Brighton is obviously well represented with the likes of Dave Lynn and Drag With No Name and of course Pride wouldn’t be Pride without Miss Jason & Maisie Trollette. Plus we have the debut of the lovely & amazingly talented Spice! Then throw in the mix London’s finest with Mrs Moore, Son Ofa Tutu and Rose Garden amongst the stars performing and you have a fair idea of how good a party we’ll be having in the Legends Cabaret Big Top. And to climax our fabulous day with Pride? It has to be Mary Mac and THAT medley and the exquisite D.E. Experience!”

Of course, none of this would be possible without the continued support and sponsorship by Tony Chapman and Legends Hotel/Bar/Club. Once again he’s stepped up to the mark and Brighton & Hove Pride are proud and grateful for our ongoing relationship. Legends were once again our biggest local business supporter in 2016 with their contribution to Pride’s fundraising for the Rainbow Fund.
