Our friends at HSBC are looking for volunteers to take part in a focus group on Wednesday 22nd March 2017 in Brighton.
There will be a session held on the day for Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual participants with a view to understand experiences you’ve had with banks who may have intentionally or unintentionally provided a bad service based on your identity and expression.
HSBC will provide a number of topics for confidential discussion. The feedback from those discussions which will be used to improve services to ensure they’re inclusive and in support of the LGBT+ community.

Please note – all information shared on the day will be treated with complete confidentiality and discussed in a safe relaxed environment which will allow for open and transparent discussions.
